Disclaimer for proudresolution.property

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use proudresolution.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Proudresolution Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not do insect treatment, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or cleanup. If anyone works in your home, that is an independent provider, not Proudresolution Pest Control.

No Endorsement, No Guarantee

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse them. We make no promises about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

Product Safety

Proudresolution Pest Control does not pick, sell or apply pest control products, and we make no claims about whether any product is safe. Ask the provider what products they plan to use, how to prepare, and which safety steps matter for your household, children and pets. Follow the provider's directions and the product label.

Wildlife

State and local rules govern wildlife removal, and some animals are protected. Providers must follow the rules that apply to their work. Do not try to handle wild animals on your own. If someone may have been bitten or scratched, contact a doctor or local animal control.

General Information

The content on this site is for general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice. Pest problems differ, and what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

Cost Figures

Any costs shown here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, the location, the pest and the size of the home. Ask the provider for a written estimate before work starts.

Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. Many policies do not cover pest or termite damage. Check your policy or ask your insurer about your own coverage.

How We Are Paid

Proudresolution Pest Control may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has more detail.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
